Our Dual Phase Microglass media provides world class filtration performance demanded by critical applications. The Dual Phase technology provides Beta 1000 efficiencies with a built-in pre-filter layer to extend filter life and reduce initial pressure drops.

The industry standard in oil filtration, microglass filters are regarded as the most efficient oil filtration media available. Microglass oil filters made of synthetic fibers offering the highest level of filtration. Ours are constructed of dual-phase microglass media and tested to ISO 16889 & DFE standards for ßµ[c]≥1000, where µ= 2, 3, 6, 10, 12, 15, 25 & 40.

Most elements support the microglass media using epoxy coated carbon steel mesh upstream and downstream providing pleat stability during flow and pressure surges. Zinc plated hardware is used for corrosion resistance.

Specialized polyurethane and epoxy adhesives are used for fluid compatibility and structural integrity.
